Home visits
If you’re local to me I do half hour appointments (unlike most companies) at £35. For each consecutive half hour the cost is £25.
By local to me I mean East/West Hunsbury, Wootton, Wootton Fields, Grange Park, Hardingstone, Collingtree, Milton Malsor, Hunsbury Meadows, Upton, Far Cotton, Delapre, Camp Hill & Briar Hill.
For other parts of Northampton the charge is £60 for the first hour and then £25 for each consecutive half hour.
Workshop repairs
It’s often more cost effective for computers to be brought to me. In this case I provide a completely free diagnosis and quotation service. Even if you decide not to go ahead with a repair there’s no charge.
Work is quoted on a case by case basis but to give you an idea these are typical costs...
Full service - £45
Virus removal - £45/£60
Windows re-installation - £70/£90 (+£25 if data back up required)
Laptop screen replacement - £45 labour charge + cost of screen
I can also pick up and return your computer if needed. I often do this free of charge if I’m passing otherwise the charge is £10.
