Pricing

For home/office visits within Northampton I charge £50 for the first hour and then £20 for each half hour thereafter (or part thereof). I offer fixed prices for certain services such as the following:-
Standard PC Health Check - £45 (includes cleaning of all viruses/adware/spyware)
Reinstalling Windows - £45 (based on no data needing to be backed up and using recovery discs)
The above fixed prices assume the PC is brought to me and picked up afterwards

No fix, no fee

If I take on but can’t solve a problem, regardless of how long I’ve tried, you pay nothing (within the no call out charge area - see below)

Quotes

Due to the nature of many PC problems it’s difficult to give a fixed quote over the phone. However I will always give you some idea of the likely cost beforehand and I’ll often fix a maximum price so you know what the worst case is.

Call out charges
|
|
|
There’s no call out charge if you live in the Northampton town area. Further out the charge varies from £10 to £20 depending on the distance. I’ll always let you know the exact call out charge beforehand.

Payment
|
|
|
|
Payment should be by cash or cheque and is required as soon as the work is completed.
