For general problem solving, advice and training I charge £30 for the first half hour and then £20 for each half hour thereafter (or part thereof).
I offer fixed prices for certain services as follows:-
PC Health Check - £60
Back Up system design & installation - £45 (excluding hardware costs)

No fix, no fee
|
|
|
|
If I can’t solve a problem, regardless of how long I’ve tried, you pay nothing (within the no call out charge area - see below)

Quotes

Due to the nature of many PC problems it’s difficult to give a fixed quote over the phone. However I will always give you some idea of the likely cost beforehand and I’ll often fix a maximum price so you know what the worst case is.

Call out charges
|
|
|
|
There’s no call out charge if you live in the Northampton town area. Further out the charge varies from £10 to £20 depending on the distance. I’ll always let you know the exact call out charge beforehand.

Payment
|
|
|
|
Payment should be by cash or cheque and is required as soon as the work is completed.
